Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Account Management (TOLA).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Technical Account Managers to deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with various teams on strategic account plans to drive customer retention and growth
- Program manage account escalations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as a TAM or Solutions Engineer
- 3+ years of experience managing technical customer-facing teams
- Practical understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their associated security considerations
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
