Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 6-10 strategic accounts, managing onboarding and project plans
- Drive revenue growth through upsells and cross-sells while maintaining account health and tracking client sentiment
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business outcomes into actionable technical requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account, or Client Services roles within data or tech consulting
- Proven success in driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
- Working knowledge of modern data tools and Agile/Scrum concepts
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar)
