Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction and success throughout the client journey

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in health tech or healthcare
- Bachelor's Degree at minimum
- Familiarity with the healthcare landscape and relevant legislation
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations
- Proficient in web and mobile technologies, PowerPoint, and Excel
