Key Responsibilities
- Build strong rapport with clients and act as a trusted technical advisor for functional solution designs
- Define and prioritize client requests while managing multiple engagements simultaneously
- Gather requirements and document functional solutions in alignment with client needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical account management role
- 4+ years of experience in support, implementation, consulting, or a related customer-service position
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as computer science or business administration
- Basic understanding of relational database architectures and practical experience with SQL Server and T-SQL
- Familiarity with Microsoft business products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
