Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations Team by providing administrative and clerical assistance to Account Executives and the Price Transparency/No Surprises Act Team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and address correspondence on behalf of the teams
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials, maintaining client information in the CRM, and supporting external client audits
Required Qualifications
  • Strong technical skills and experience with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with healthcare providers or in the healthcare segment
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or as an administrative assistant
  • General knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, and Revenue Codes
  • Must have achieved a High School Diploma or GED
