Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to ensure successful adoption, growth, and renewal
- Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to customer needs
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of on-quota, B2B SaaS experience in marketing tech and/or ad tech
- Fundamental understanding of online advertising and marketing technology
- Proficient in using modern SaaS tech stack including Salesforce and Business Intelligence Systems
- Experience negotiating business terms and managing documentation
- Experience in account management or sales is preferred
