Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of Employer customers throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed on industry and technology trends to educate and advocate for customers
- Lead internal teams on behalf of customers, ensuring high-quality work and effective project management
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. required
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
- Experience managing complex customer accounts
- Knowledge of benefits administration and technology (particularly SaaS)
- Leadership experience in mentoring and training teams
