Account Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Implementation Analyst to support the onboarding of a major new client.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage post-sale implementation for standard accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup of benefits, eligibility, and administrative services
• Identify and resolve complex implementation issues in collaboration with senior leadership and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience (5+ years without a degree)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in insurance or healthcare implementation
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of tasks
• Strong organizational skills
