Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Implementation Analyst to support the onboarding of a major new client.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage post-sale implementation for standard accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup of benefits, eligibility, and administrative services
- Identify and resolve complex implementation issues in collaboration with senior leadership and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience (5+ years without a degree)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in insurance or healthcare implementation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of tasks
- Strong organizational skills
