Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of K-12 customer accounts to drive revenue and client retention
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support for clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business or education-related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in Education or Digital Media sales is a plus
