Key Responsibilities
- Originate, onboard, and maintain high net worth customer relationships in the LATAM region
- Act as an escalation point for Customer Success Advisors and monitor customer portfolios
- Attend regional events to promote the brand and grow customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 3+ years of customer-facing banking experience in relevant sectors
- Professional or personal exposure to the crypto markets
- Proven track record of originating leads and managing customer relationships
- Strong regional network in the financial services sector
