Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert on the company's platform, services, and the eCommerce growth funding landscape
- Drive funding originations from engaged, renewing, and lapsed accounts
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and advocate for customers internally
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, inside sales, or account management with revenue targets
- Proven upsell/cross-sell skills and ability to secure customer commitments
- Experience in a B2B Financial Services, Fintech, or SaaS environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach)
- Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and adapt to feedback
