A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Partnership Executive to manage relationships with its largest healthcare customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, providing consultative support and ensuring satisfaction
- Lead strategic engagement efforts, manage the customer lifecycle, and support upsell and renewal initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, analyze customer data, and present performance reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience with 7+ years in the US Healthcare Industry
- Familiarity with 340B program operations and revenue integrity practices
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Dynamics CRM
- Experience in achieving revenue retention and growth targets
