Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact for site issues and campaign reporting
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, relaying client goals and campaign performance
- Onboard new clients, set expectations, and provide training on optimizing online reputation and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant Account Management experience
- Dental experience is required
- Experience in digital marketing is required
- Data-driven with a focus on helping clients succeed
- Team-oriented with a consultative approach to client relationships
