Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients, affiliates, and partners to address their questions and requests
- Process new client requests and support the preparation of work orders and invoicing
- Coordinate with technical staff to ensure timely service delivery and maintain program quality systems
Required Qualifications
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in project or program coordination and client interface
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with database systems and remote communication applications
