Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Account Executive to manage digital channels and electronic payments relationships with clients across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regular meetings with clients, both onsite and remotely
- Educate clients on company updates and their impact on client organizations
- Facilitate client operational escalations and monitor support tickets and enhancement requests
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, service delivery, or sales to C-Level executives
- 5+ years of experience in electronic banking, mobile banking, or payments
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent military experience
- Proven ability to interact and influence at executive levels
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
