North Carolina Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (NC hybrid/remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients and provide quality service while assisting with coverage changes
• Conduct contract analysis, coverage assessments, and handle endorsement activities
• Prepare quotes, bind coverage, and assist with claim reporting and follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license upon hire
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or personal lines insurance
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and underwriting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to self-manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively
