Client Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of services and maintain quality client service
• Facilitate the fulfillment of temporary requisitions and manage relationships with staffing suppliers and hiring managers
• Implement and enhance processes to improve operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in MSP client services, account management in staffing, or full cycle recruitment
• Experience with VMS platforms preferred
• Familiarity with contingent workforce programs and payroll operations
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
