Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with key accounts
- Develop business through C-level relationships and ensure contract renewals
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Consulting
- Strong understanding of account planning and leveraging an ecosystem
- Experience in Martech, Adtech, or Search is a plus
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Knowledge of CRM and forecasting tools is required
