Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in daily campaign management and client interactions
- Monitor client health and drive renewal and upsell conversations
- Review campaign performance and guide optimization plans
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in adtech or digital media
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing multiple accounts and campaigns
- Solid understanding of campaign performance metrics and optimization tactics
- Experience mentoring or managing others is a plus
