Job Summary
A company is looking for an SVP, Enterprise Client Services to lead its Enterprise Client Services division.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Enterprise Business Unit's P&L, client experience, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Directly manage senior leaders in Client Success, Paid Social, and Paid Search, ensuring alignment on client growth and performance targets
- Lead strategic oversight of top-tier enterprise accounts, driving alignment on KPIs and account health
Required Qualifications
- 10-12+ years of progressive experience in client services or performance marketing, with at least 5 years at VP-level or higher
- Proven experience managing large departments (40+ personnel) through senior leadership teams
- Demonstrated track record managing high-value enterprise accounts ($50K-$200K MRR per client)
- Experience in balancing aggressive growth goals with retention and risk management
- Proven capability in scaling leadership structures and fostering a high-performance culture
