Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Account Management to lead their expanding Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure account management reps understand client needs and how to achieve their goals
- Manage and report on key operational metrics for team and individual performance
- Develop relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify additional sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading Enterprise Sales/Account Management teams
- Experience managing a gross revenue quota of $10m+ annually
- Familiarity with negotiating deals above $100k in ACV
- Hands-on leadership style focused on team development
- Strong understanding of building account plans and tracking performance
