Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of partnership offerings and operational processes
- Foster strong partner relationships through regular reporting and communication
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for improving partner performance and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of account management experience or equivalent in complex sales
- Demonstrated understanding of repeat relationships and business tradeoffs
- Proficiency in presenting complex data to senior leadership
- Experience in managing and resolving complex transactional issues
- Real estate experience and a current active real estate license are considered a bonus
