Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of agency projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution
• Manage and mentor a team of 5 - 15, fostering career development and team efficiency
• Develop and manage project budgets exceeding $4M, ensuring alignment with client objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of relevant event agency experience, preferably in experiential, sports, or entertainment fields
• Proven ability to manage large accounts and deliver complex projects from concept to execution
• Strong understanding of the experiential landscape
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a solution-oriented approach
