Bilingual Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager - Bilingual (Mandarin/English).

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and actualize brand GMV opportunities to build a contract model for fulfillment services
• Manage day-to-day account health, including delivery rates, inventory management, and sales performance
• Establish strong relationships with brand leaders and manage ongoing communication and project feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for effective communication with brands
• 5-6 years of experience in project or account management, managing 3PL clients with significant annual net sales
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with various client levels
• Strong time management skills and creative problem-solving aptitude
