Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in insurance, benefits administration, or client services
- Previous exposure to insurance, employee benefits, or B2B account management preferred
- Basic understanding of group insurance products and administrative concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce preferred
