Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and delivery of presentation and communication assets while ensuring alignment with client goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading meetings and translating client needs into actionable briefs
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor project progress and address any risks or issues proactively
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in account management, preferably in a creative or communication-focused agency
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with project management software, such as SuiteProjects Pro by NetSuite
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Bonus: Experience in supporting executive communication or developing visual narratives
