A company is looking for a Sr. Strategic Solutions Advisor to join their Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the value proposition of solutions and integrate training into customer-specific workflows
- Provide insights to link usage and economic value, driving product adoption
- Develop and deliver training and Quarterly Business Reviews focusing on corporate initiatives and solution adoption
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in account management, client service, or project management
- Experience with executive engagements and presenting to C-Suite leaders
- Familiarity with product development and release practices for enterprise customers
- Experience managing account success, including renewals and cancellations
- Ability to identify and address adoption barriers with cross-functional teams
