Key Responsibilities
- Understand the value proposition of solutions and integrate training into customer-specific workflows
- Provide insights to link product usage with economic value and drive adoption
- Develop and deliver training programs and Quarterly Business Reviews focusing on customer initiatives and product adoption
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in account management, client service, or project management roles
- Experience with executive engagements and presenting to C-Suite leaders
- Familiarity with product development and release practices for large enterprises
- Experience managing renewals and overall account success
- Ability to identify and address adoption barriers across teams
