Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Director of Client Experience to lead client advocacy and improve onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a robust client experience program in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Enhance the client onboarding experience and create processes to track client engagement
- Support the GTM team with ad hoc requirements as needed
Required Qualifications
- J.D. / B.A. or equivalent
- 8-10+ years of experience in the legal industry with a focus on client delivery and account management
- Experience in program management or client experience roles
- Ability to develop content for clients and market-facing materials
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
