Key Responsibilities
- Understand the value proposition of solutions and integrate training into customer workflows
- Provide insights to link usage with economic value to promote product adoption
- Develop and deliver training programs and Quarterly Business Reviews to enhance customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, client service, or project management roles
- Experience working with Fortune 500 customers and presenting to executive leaders
- Understanding of product development and release practices for enterprise customers
- Experience managing account renewals and driving customer requirements into product management
- Familiarity with support and incident management procedures
