Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term customer retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and drive product adoption
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales or account management experience, with at least 5 years in SaaS environments
- Domain expertise in CLM, ERP, CRM, or BSM is preferred
- Proven success in value-based selling and managing complex sales cycles
- Experience managing large Fortune 500 client engagements and driving long-term growth
- Strong track record of developing executive-level relationships and directing strategic initiatives
