Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dedicated Account Specialist to work closely with health system leadership and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Address client needs and issues, ensuring resolution through appropriate internal support
- Provide expert customer service for account setup, training, and reporting on the ordering platform
- Generate reports and updates for clients, fostering strong relationships and supporting customer initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical purchasing, pharmacy technician, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Pharmacy technician certification and/or experience as a pharmaceutical buyer preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare finance department
- Knowledge of data functions related to contract compliance and savings opportunities
- Experience in customer service and project management within a healthcare setting
