Job Summary
A company is looking for an SVP, Enterprise Client Services to lead its Enterprise Client Services division.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Enterprise Business Unit's P&L, client experience, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Directly manage senior leaders in Client Success, Paid Social, and Paid Search to achieve client growth and retention targets
- Lead strategic oversight of top-tier enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment on KPIs and account health
Required Qualifications
- 10-12+ years of experience in client services or performance marketing, with at least 5 years at VP-level or higher
- Experience managing departments of 40+ people through senior leadership teams
- Track record of managing high-value enterprise accounts with exceptional retention
- Ability to balance aggressive growth goals with retention and risk management
- Proven capability in scaling leadership structures and fostering a high-performance culture
