Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Lead who will serve as the primary point of contact for large-scale clients during the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery sessions to gather and document detailed business requirements for clients
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the delivery model and application of client requirements
  • Communicate project expectations and progress to clients and internal teams effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in the benefits administration industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in Health & Welfare benefits administration, consulting, or SaaS implementation is a plus
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Access, Project, and Visio
