Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Account Analyst for an Incoming Call Center and My Chart in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage systems for accounts receivable and financial reporting, preparing analyses and reports for leadership
- Maintain quality scorecards and synchronize customer service associates for monthly call quality reviews
- Interact with providers, patients, and insurance carriers, providing timely responses and coordinating team meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of applicable experience in project management with multiple stakeholders
- A Master's degree in a related field can substitute for two years of experience on a 1:1 basis
- Experience with cash management and cash drawer balancing is preferred
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality results on time
