Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager for the Australia/New Zealand region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding and lead technical implementation of product integrations
- Collaborate with Account Management to train and support customers while building relationships with stakeholders
- Review and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely updates and support to customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Client Onboarding, or Technical Implementation
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts
- Demonstrable proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting web APIs (JSON, XML)
- Experience with Enterprise-scale clients is highly valued
- Familiarity with Cargowise One or other TMS is a plus
