Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or expand product usage
- Serve as a key point of contact for client questions or concerns
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B account management or customer success
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience working directly with clients in a B2B environment
- Ability to manage multiple clients and needs simultaneously
- Bonus: Minor SaaS sales experience or knowledge of Hubspot CRM
