Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer contract processes and renewals
• Collaborate with sales representatives and customer success managers to ensure a positive customer experience during renewals
• Lead forecasting discussions and contribute to the growth of the renewal management organization

Required Qualifications

• Experience with customer service and contract management
• Negotiation or sales experience
• Prior account management and/or customer retention experience
• Knowledge of inbound marketing and sales
