Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees billing, collection, financial counseling, and cashiering processes to ensure departmental goals are met
  • Analyzes data and produces reports to assess team performance and operational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, financial management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Five to seven years of experience in relevant fields, with at least five years in a supervisory role
  • Extensive knowledge of pre-admission, registration, billing, and collection policies and procedures
  • Ability to develop policies, maintain budgets, and analyze data
  • Interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and collaboration with other departments
