Key Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and management expertise in daily operations of the department
- Oversees billing, collection, financial counseling, and cashiering processes to ensure departmental goals are met
- Analyzes data and produces reports to assess team performance and operational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, financial management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Five to seven years of experience in relevant fields, with at least five years in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of pre-admission, registration, billing, and collection policies and procedures
- Ability to develop policies, maintain budgets, and analyze data
- Interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and collaboration with other departments
