Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact for global Client Groups
• Support the development of a consistent value proposition and drive global growth strategies
• Oversee referral ecosystem education, marketing efforts, and agent resources for cross-border transactions

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in corporate strategy and program leadership, preferably in a franchise organization
• Domestic real estate experience required; international experience preferred
• Project management experience with a track record of executing initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment with diverse teams
• Technical proficiency in O365 and familiarity with tools like Canva and Trello preferred
