Job Summary

A company is looking for a CIR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client information requests and questionnaires, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to gather necessary information and resolve operational gaps
• Maintain performance metrics and status reporting for the CIR department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 5 years of healthcare industry experience with health plans, TPAs, or data analytics vendors
• A minimum of 5 years of experience producing client deliverables such as proposals and audits
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple client deliverables requiring cross-functional coordination
• Experience with vendor assessments and security compliance questionnaires is preferred
