A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day needs of insured clients and oversee client renewal processes
- Assist with claim conflicts and solicit referrals
- Conduct full account reviews at renewal and maintain client information in the agency management system (EPIC)
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant insurance account management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with EPIC agency management system is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
