Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical liaison for clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear updates for non-technical audiences and manage client communication
- Design and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows while troubleshooting complex data issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role involving direct client interaction
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data platforms like Snowflake and Redshift
- Proficient in Python and its data stack (pandas, numpy, etc.) and deep experience with AWS cloud services
- Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and familiarity with Agile project management tools
