Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Account Manager to drive success for their Pooled Customer segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-manage the success of 50+ Pooled Customer accounts with a Digital Account Manager
- Oversee technical onboarding and implementation for new customers
- Act as the primary technical contact for select accounts, providing product and integration guidance
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Mode, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or S3
- Experience with customer support and product management systems like Zendesk, Jira, and Productboard
- Strategic problem-solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively
