Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Account Manager to drive success for their Pooled Customer segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-manage the success of 50+ Pooled Customer accounts with a Digital Account Manager
  • Oversee technical onboarding and implementation for new customers
  • Act as the primary technical contact for select accounts, providing product and integration guidance
Required Qualifications
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Mode, Tableau, or Looker
  • Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or S3
  • Experience with customer support and product management systems like Zendesk, Jira, and Productboard
  • Strategic problem-solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively
