Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior RBC Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and buyers
• Coordinate consultant interviews and oversee the onboarding of affiliates
• Drive the creation and sustainability of account-based communities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, consulting delivery, or resource management
• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of the consulting lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple client accounts
• Experience with contract extensions, SOWs, and basic financial reporting preferred
