Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager for the Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for Public Sector customers, addressing their needs promptly
- Educate and support clients to optimize their utilization of the product suite
- Resolve customer queries and issues, escalating when necessary, while developing relationships across customer organizations
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of enterprise-level technology-related support or technical account management experience
- Experience in the Telecommunications market, ideally with support for the Public Sector
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel functions
- Exceptional technical problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
- Familiarity with the ESRI ArcGIS platform and services is beneficial
