Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage customer relationships and ensure the success of fleet maintenance agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and ensure compliance with contract agreements
- Track segment KPIs, manage communications, and submit billing and reporting to stakeholders
- Develop relationships with key accounts and ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an account manager or in a relevant role
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Solid experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the fleet maintenance or automotive industry is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
