Key Responsibilities
- Manage all contract renewals and lead negotiations with customers
- Retain and increase revenue with a managed book of business
- Perform Business Reviews with strategic clients and identify new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- 1+ year of outside sales experience is a plus
- Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
