A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager - Small Accounts (US).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction through proactive outreach and communication strategies
- Negotiate and close deals for renewals, expansions, and cross-sell products to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal partners to develop account plans and utilize data for identifying growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field
- 3 years of Account Management or Sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Sales experience in the educational market is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and understanding of the K-12 education industry is desired
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a desire to create positive customer experiences
