Job Summary
A company is looking for a HubSpot Client Services Manager to oversee client account and project management focused on HubSpot solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives for onboarding, implementing, and optimizing HubSpot software for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and advocacy for their HubSpot needs
- Manage project timelines and client expectations, ensuring successful execution of campaigns and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts with a focus on HubSpot
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with HubSpot, including knowledge of its Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce, particularly with Sales Cloud
- Strong understanding of advertising platforms and experience with CRM/Marketing Automation tools
- Proven ability to utilize analytics for optimizing campaigns and driving client engagement
